What Ifs’
1) What if you had to eat only one sweet for the rest of your life, what sweet would it be?
2) What if you had to have only one dream when you are asleep? What would it b be?
3) What if Aliens invaded Earth tomorrow, what planet would you travel to?
4) What if chocolate never existed?
5) What if we had the ability to fly?
6) What if we lived on Mars?
7) What if we all had countless talents?
8) What if we all had 1 different talent?
9) What if we lived among aliens in peace?
10) What if we had to go to school in holidays and weekends’?

It is now 61 yrs since I attended your school and how vivid my memories are like most of you, the headmaster was Mr Rex,and Mr Warner was one of my teachers, one memory was that when school finished on a friday the local rag and bone man would be outside the gates with ballons to exchange for different things, we would play at shop keepers in the school shop, we had cardboard money and a till and various packets of products that you would buy in the local CO-OP. there was also a sand pit to play in. games were the same as today.these memories stay with you for life, one strange fact is when you finally finish your school days you very rarely see any of your school chums again, over the years I have only ever met one. most of the rest are scattered across the Globe from Australia to the Americas.
all you guys and girls make the most of your school days as they do not last long. good luck to you all in what you do.and never forget Shelton lock junior school.
It would be quite sentimental for me to attend one day in the near future, and I would very much like to be able to do so, perhaps some one who has the position to plan for such an event would be kind enough to make an initial contact via my email address so it can be arranged.
best regards Keith Parks
